The Cowboys face injury challenges as key players Trevon Diggs, Jourdan Lewis, and Eric Kendricks are uncertain for the upcoming game
Dallas: The Cowboys are dealing with some tough injury news on defense. It’s becoming a bit of a trend, isn’t it?
Linebacker DeMarvion Overshown is out for the season with a knee injury, and safety Juanyeh Thomas is also ruled out due to a knee issue.
Now, starting cornerbacks Trevon Diggs and Jourdan Lewis are both questionable. Diggs just came back after missing two games but didn’t practice on Friday. He had limited practices earlier in the week.
As for Lewis, he was limited all week too, which isn’t great news.
Eric Kendricks, the starting linebacker, is also questionable. He missed practice all week, along with linebacker Nick Vigil, who’s dealing with a foot problem.
On top of that, linebacker Buddy Johnson and cornerback C.J. Goodwin are also questionable due to illness and a hamstring issue, respectively.
And let’s not forget about starting center Cooper Beebe, who won’t be playing because of a concussion.
