The Rams are struggling with injuries as Cobie Durant and Demarcus Robinson miss practice, raising concerns ahead of their game against the 49ers.
Los Angeles: The Rams are dealing with some tough injury issues right now. Cobie Durant, their cornerback, is out of practice due to a bruised lung. He was one of six players who didn’t show up for the walk-through on Tuesday.
Along with Durant, wide receiver Demarcus Robinson is also sidelined with a shoulder issue. Tight end Davis Allen and defensive end Tyler Davis are out too, both dealing with shoulder and calf problems, respectively. Even Jordan Whittington, another wide receiver, is nursing a shoulder injury.
Things got a bit worse for offensive tackle K.T. Leveston, who was downgraded to a non-participant after being listed as a full practice player just the day before. The only good news is center Beaux Limmer, who was limited in practice after being a non-participant on Monday.
On a brighter note, tight end Tyler Higbee is back in action. He’s recovering from a torn MCL and ACL from last season and is working hard to get back on the field. He returned to practice on November 27 but is still on the reserve/physically unable to perform list.
The Rams are gearing up to face the 49ers on Thursday Night Football, and these injuries could really shake things up for them.
