As the NFL Divisional Round approaches, key injuries could impact playoff outcomes for several teams
Baltimore: The NFL Divisional Round is heating up, but some teams are facing tough injury challenges. The Ravens are gearing up to face the Bills, but they might be without their star receiver, Zay Flowers. He missed practice again and is looking doubtful for the game.
Flowers hurt his knee in the last regular season game and hasn’t practiced since. He also missed the Ravens’ Wild Card win over the Steelers. Initially, the team was hopeful about his recovery, but it seems he’ll sit out another playoff game.
On the flip side, Rams cornerback Ahkello Witherspoon is on the mend. He was limited in practice but is expected to play against the Eagles. He got hurt during the wild-card game but made a solid impact before leaving.
In the regular season, Witherspoon had a decent run with 31 tackles and an interception. It’ll be interesting to see how these injuries play out as the playoffs continue.
