The Chargers are gearing up for a big game with Herbert ready and McConkey’s status uncertain due to injuries
Los Angeles: The Chargers are getting ready for their matchup against the Buccaneers this Sunday. Justin Herbert is all set to throw some passes, which is great news for the team.
However, they’re still waiting to see if Ladd McConkey can join him on the field. He’s been marked as questionable because of some knee and shoulder issues that kept him from practicing fully this week.
Herbert had a bit of a scare with his left ankle and a thigh bruise, but he bounced back and practiced on Thursday. He’s good to go for the game. Joey Bosa is also in the clear with no injury concerns.
On the flip side, linebacker Denzel Perryman is limited due to a groin issue, and tight end Will Dissly along with wide receiver Jalen Reagor won’t be playing. Fingers crossed for McConkey to make it!
