Las Vegas: So, it looks like a reunion between Bill Belichick and Tom Brady isn’t happening anytime soon. Belichick’s buyout from North Carolina is a big factor here.

Sources say that the relationship between Brady and Belichick isn’t in a good place. It’s not at the point where Brady would consider hiring him.

Could they fix things down the line? Sure, but it’s not likely to happen right now. Belichick would have to swallow his pride, and someone would need to cough up a hefty buyout.

Mark Davis, the Raiders’ owner, might not want to pay that buyout. He’s already shelled out a lot of money for other coaches recently.

There were reports that Brady and Belichick had a chat, but it didn’t confirm that they discussed a job. Brady’s been talking to a lot of folks to figure out his next move in coaching.

Remember, their split back in 2020 was tough. Belichick thought Brady was past his prime, and Brady was just done with Belichick’s tough-love approach.

While they’ll always have their history in New England, it seems like they won’t be teaming up in Vegas anytime soon.

That said, Belichick is still looking for the right NFL job. His buyout is dropping significantly soon, so he’ll be back on the field coaching before we know it.
